What is CA28MWV Stainless Steel?

Execution Standard: ASTM A743 A744

CA28MWV stainless steel is a kind of martensitic alloy with the highest intermediate conductivity, highest internal energy, and low ductility.

There are more vanadium in this kind of stainless steel, the hardening effect is obvious, but it is not suitable for tempering, and the interaction is relatively large. Most of them are used in the field of stamping.

CA28MWV is often used in power production due to its extremely high electrical conductivity. This metal material commonly used in power plants, mines, wear-resistant pipes, feed.

In addition, It is mainly used for wear-resistant parts of mining machinery and engineering machinery, and for steam turbine casings of chemical engineering bodies, pumps, vessels, or large capacity power plants.

422 Stainless Steel

422 stainless steel is martensitic stainless steel of ASTM.

422 stainless steel is an alternative to 403. 422 stainless steel is a hardenable martensitic stainless steel widely used at temperatures up to 1200 ° F. It can be heat treated to various high strength levels. It is commonly used in aircraft and power industries that require high strength / weight ratios from room temperature to 1200 ° F. It is mainly used in aircraft parts, steam and gas turbine components, high thermal composition materials, etc.
