What is CF10SMnN Stainless Steel ?

CF10SMnN alloy steel is an ultra-low carbon stainless steel, its corrosion resistance is equal to SUS304. It has good processability and good processing performance.

CF10SMnN has excellent oxidation resistance and low-temperature impact resistance. Its yield strength at room temperature is almost twice that of 304 and 316. Its corrosion resistance is better than that of most 304 type steel alloys

Nitronic 60 stainless steel

It is the only steel electrode with a good joint.

Nitronic 60 is hypereutectoid steel, which has high strength, hardness, and elasticity. It has low plasticity, poor cutting property, poor welding, and hardenability during cold deformation. Water quenching has a crack tendency. Large-scale parts are mostly normalized.

Nitronic 60 is used to manufacture parts with high stress and high friction, high strength, wear-resistance, and certain elasticity.

Alloy elements effect of CF10SMnN

① Nickel is one of the main components, which can improve the strength, toughness, and hardenability of steel. When the content of nickel is high, it can significantly change some physical properties of steel and alloy and improve the corrosion resistance of steel

② Chromium is also one of the main components, which can improve the hardenability, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of steel
③ As one of the auxiliary alloys, copper plays an important role in improving the atmospheric corrosion resistance of ordinary low alloy steel, especially when combined with phosphorus. The essence of the Monel system is nickel-copper alloy.
④ As one of the auxiliary alloys, molybdenum can obviously improve the hardenability and thermal strength of steel, prevent temper brittleness, and improve remanence and coercivity. Hastelloy is essentially Ni-Mo alloy.
